Another image of the Episcopal church in White Post, built in 1868.

The Episcopal church in White Post Virginia. What does this facade communicate? I find it quite disturbing, my general distrust of churches aside. Maybe it is the incongruity of medieval England in rural Virginia. But why does this conjure the KKK? I wonder if folk other than those of Christian European ancestry are welcome here today.
On another note (maybe) I counted six churches in little White Post.
