Falls on Patterson Creek

Very low water flow but more than most right now. The primary source is springs. This is in the Greenland Gap area.

Greenland Gap

This place is spectacular, but almost impossible to convey a sense of thereness in a photo. Mostly because the walls of the canyon go almost straight up for fifteen hundred feet or so, and all one can do is strap on a wide angle and point it strait up. This is at the end of the canyon section where the declining edge of the strata finally hits creek level. There is a falls below this that I wanted to photograph yesterday since there was good flow, but there were two people fishing the plunge pool.
