Out in an old, drained beaver pond on Second Fork. This is on top of Allegheny Back Mountain, and is a tributary to the upper Shavers Fork.

Shavers Fork Headwaters
Dawn at an old beaver pond bog on a tributary to the upper Shavers Fork. This is on top of Allegheny Back Mountain. I really like this place, been coming here for years. This was one of the areas we tried to get included in the last wilderness bill for West Virginia, but it was excluded in the negotiations.
