This is the fifth of 10 images that will make up this group. At about this point I realized I was watching a clash of two air masses right over me. Clouds were flying all over, not just from right to left. That whorl in the center of the frame formed and started rotating as I watched. For a minute I thought it might form a funnel.

The entire group was made in less than four minutes as the storm swept in and unfolded over me. These exposures were made at the Crossroads on Friday, May 10 2013, between 6:24 and 6:28 PM.
